         1. Students who have been studying in Chinese Language Center for 1 year.
         2. Please visit the Chinese Language Center office to apply for an electronic "Certificate of  Enrollment", "Certificate of Attendance",
             and " Transcript of Record ".
         3. Apply for the work permit online and pay the fee. Once you have already done, please inform the office staff to send the application.
